Being an #owneroperator in #construction is chaos, Up at 3AM planning the day. By 7AM the plan’s already dead. 💥 5pm prep for what’s next. Problems don’t wait. Crews don’t stop. Clients don’t care. You think fast, adapt faster, and keep production moving no matter what. Never realized how much I would love it, simply because I know what I have I earned. Built in the off hours. Proven in the 9-5. I always get a little excited Sunday Mornings , the calm before the storm . It makes me think back to my days at @kingsway_wrestling , “we are our brother’s keeper” , 45 minutes of sprints making us repeat these words . Push yourself and push your team. The projects, the money , the work, the headaches , will come and go like the wind. As an owner the team you build is most important project and I couldn’t be prouder of the team we have so far. People debate union vs non. Having done both, I can officially tell you, you’re foolish to not. The professionalism and the standard alone.
